The 1998 conference will be held in the thriving city of Sydney in the fascinating country of Australia. Highlights of a visit to Sydney start with the splendor of its harbor, one of the most beautiful in the world. You will want to use the Circular Quay as the heart of Sydney with its short walks to the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The Parliament House, Royal Botanical Gardens, and the charm of Elizabeth Bay will leave you breathless.

All attendees are encouraged to register for the conference as early as possible. The conference registration fee schedule is as follows:

Before August 1,1998 $255 USD
January 10 - March 15, 1997 $275 USD
After March 15, 1997 $295 USD

Conference registration fee includes copy of the conference proceedings, 2 lunches, coffee breaks & social.

Note 1: Conference registration fee is fully refundable up until November 1, 1998. There will be a $25 per person fee for cancellations after November 1, 1998.

Note 2: Participants who make air/hotel arrangements through Universal Travel, San Diego will receive $50 off their registration fee. Participants who live in Australia will automatically receive the $50 registration discount.

If you are interested in writing a paper, please submit a 100-150 word summary of your paper by June 1, 1998. You will be notified by July 15, 1998 if your paper has been accepted. If you are accepted, you will be expected to submit a manuscript of 4-6 pages on a computer disk by November 1, 1998. All accepted manuscripts will be included in a copy of the Conference Proceedings, distributed at the beginning of the conference. No presentations can be made at the conference unless the computer disk is received and the registration fee is paid by November 1, 1998.
