All attendees are encouraged to register for the
conference as early as possible. The conference
registration fee schedule is as follows:

Conference registration fee includes copy of the
conference proceedings, 2 lunches, coffee breaks &
social.
Note 1: Conference registration fee is fully refundable
up until November 1, 1998. There will be a $25 per person
fee for cancellations after November 1, 1998.
Note 2: Participants who make air/hotel arrangements
through Universal Travel, San Diego will receive $50 off
their registration fee. Participants who live in
Australia will automatically receive the $50 registration
discount.

If you are interested in
writing a paper, please submit a 100-150 word
summary of your paper by June 1, 1998. You will
be notified by July 15, 1998 if your paper has
been accepted. If you are accepted, you will be
expected to submit a manuscript of 4-6 pages on a
computer disk by November 1, 1998. All accepted
manuscripts will be included in a copy of the
Conference Proceedings, distributed at the
beginning of the conference. No presentations can
be made at the conference unless the computer
disk is received and the registration fee is paid
by November 1, 1998. |
