All attendees are encouraged to register for the conference as early as possible. The conference registration fee schedule is as follows:

Conference registration fee includes copy of the conference proceedings, 2 lunches, coffee breaks & social.
Note 1: Conference registration fee is fully refundable up until January 15, 1996. There will be a $10 per person fee for cancellations between Jan. 15 and Mar. 15 and a $25 per person fee for any cancellation after March 16,1997.
Note 2: Participants, except those who live in China, who do not make air/hotel arrangements through Universal Travel, San Diego will have to pay an additional $50 registration fee. This allows us to guarantee a minimum air/hotel booking for the group reduced rate.

If you are interested in writing a paper, please submit a 100-150 word summary of your paper by January 10, 1996. You will be notified by January 15, 1996 if your paper has been accepted. If you are accepted, you will be expected to submit a manuscript of 4-6 pages on a computer disk by March 15, 1997.
All accepted manuscripts will be included in a copy of the Conference Proceedings, distributed at the beginning of the conference. No presentations can be made at the conference unless the computer disk is received and the registration fee is paid by March 15, 1997.
